Expectations
At my clinic, you can expect 1 on 1, personalized care, that adapts to your progress. Each treatment we will discuss your symptoms, review recent physical activity, and determine treatment goals. Depending on each patient's needs, I may perform manual treatment, teach progressive exercise, provide education and answer questions. We’ll finish with a home plan for continued rehabilitation.

PERSONAL Approach
With a true one-on-one model, every part of the experience is handled directly by me, from intake and scheduling to treatments and progressions. That means no assistants, no hand-offs, and no distractions. Each treatment will be 40 mins of undivided attention and care.

I want to work with you to get better and I understand that life events can get in the way. I set aside 10 min daily for complementary client calls to answer any questions between treatments, especially if you are away for an extended time. Frequency of appointments can adapt to your schedule and goals.

knowledge sharing
My goal for your time in PT is to teach you as much as possible about how your body works, how to heal it and how you can be preventive in the future. I’ll provide clear, concise instruction and explain the details, no gate keeping of knowledge or withholding manual techniques you can perform yourself.
